Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Burgers were so greasy that the grease run down your hand andonto the table. Trash cans wereover-flowing.

Got the chili cheese dog.... it shows up drowned in chili and cheese. Couldn't see my bun much less enjoy eating it. Some ppl might be into slop served that way but I was hoping for what was pictured on the menu. Not the soup they sent me. Freaking gross and ruined my meal. 6 bucks for this mess I mind you.

I have a lot going on. I need a relatively inexpensive and highly reliable place to eat that doesn’t upset my sensitive stomach.On the extremely rare occasion that they do make a mistake, the staff immediately fix it.It has become something of a joke amongst my close friends about me carrying Freddy’s into events.They have taken my business from pretty much everywhere else and I have a feeling they will keep it.Dietary restrictions: Gluten

Food is great. But 90 percent of the time i do a mobile order and they never put everything on the burger. The ticket shows everything but there's always something missing whether it be tomatoes, grilled onions, or grilled jalapenos that I always add to burger. Today I ordered french onion double steak burger. Got home to eat and much to my surprise no grilled onions and also no French onion which is standard. They did however add the tomatoes, lettuce, and grilled jalapenos that I added. Be sure to always check your food like it's McDonald's. Something is always wrong
