Bidra med feedbackWe were just looking for a cocktail. The only open sign we found was promising. We had no idea what awaited us.Zach at the bar was friendly and knowledgeable. We talked of spirits and sparkling rose, The Bear and growing up in Seattle.Feeling a bit peckish after some beverages we ordered Parmigiano Churros. We were planning to catch a ferry shortly.Being a bit of a fish and following the introduction of a lovely gin, from Gray Whale. I kept the gin and tonics flowing. Cosmo found a sparkling rose after first having a summery version of a Negroni with prosecco.Again, after some time we grabbed the menu, looking for a nosh. We went with the foie gras ... topped by a savory-sweet cotton candy, it is not to be missed. Exec Chef Christina Siegl has found an opportunity to offer unique flavors in ways unimagined. We will be back for the lovely staff, the tasty drinks and to see the innovations by this inspired team!!
SuperB.We dined at 84 Yesler during our visit to Seattle. This restaurant is on top of its game. Excellent I mean EXCELLENT food, service, atmosphere, decor, all at highest level. even the bathroom was laboratory clean..! . Quiet impressive that super talented young chef and her team serving very successfully] Japanese Med influenced creations. All with beautiful presentation, very tasty and complimenting flavors, Full bar and good wine selection is available, prices are decent for what it is.All of our selections were excellent, that pasta lobster dish was out of this world. Also the Apple cake... heavenly.I have been in many Michelin Star restaurants weren't as this good. Congrats to you all and bravo. Next visit to Seattle, we will come again.
The food was absolutely fantastic, and I was truly impressed by the quality and flavors of all the dishes. My friend particularly enjoyed the foie gras, praising its perfect balance. While the food was reasonably priced, we were taken aback by how much the restaurant charged for the wine compared to its retail price. Overall, it was still a very positive experience.
On my first night in Seattle, I was truly impressed! The food was fantastic, and our server, Justin, provided exceptional service (thanks for the "cotton candy"!). The off-menu drinks were both innovative and delicious. I would highly recommend this place!
The flavor profile of each dish was absolutely impeccable. You’ll find yourself eagerly anticipating the next bite. Don’t miss out on this place! The chef clearly knows how to create something delicious. We're returning tonight!
