Big Max Burger Co - Seattle

Went for brunch with friends on a Saturday. The host and servers at Provisions are amazing! So friendly and welcoming. They really made the whole experience worth it. The brunch was good, but not sure it is worth the current price point. There was an issue with water dripping from the ceiling onto our table and heads. Not a big deal, our server moved us to a different table immediately. The thing that made the situation most disappointing, was the response from someone in the kitchen when our server told him about the dripping water. This person was clearly irritated about being told and said loudly enough for my friends and I to hear “we are well aware and it is only condensation.” Condensation or not if they were already “well aware” of the dripping water why were we seated there.

We came here for a celebratory meal with our parents the night before our wedding. It was one of the best meals any of us have had in a long time ! Our server, Christian, was outstanding and had everything we asked for promptly arrive. Every other staff member that interacted with us was friendly, genuine, caring, and talented at their job. We will definitely be back here again shortly and recommend it to everyone who is asking about where to go in Seattle go here !!

Big Max burger was supposed to be the best burger in the city. It wouldn't even crack my top 10! Also they make their own ketchup and its terrible.

The food and service at this restaurant were excellent! I went there the other night and had a fantastic experience. The wine was fantastic, dinner was amazing, and the dessert was delicious.
