Highliner Public House - Seattle

This restaurant is an ideal spot for gathering with family and friends. The food is outstanding and consistently excellent - we have never been let down. I had the pleasure of trying the Reuben sandwich tonight, and it was absolutely delicious! We dined with a group of friends who all thoroughly enjoyed their meals. The service provided was top-notch as well!

I had salmon fish and chips. The French Fry's were cold so the pleasantly re-served fresh hot Fry's. The salmon was horrible. Tasted fishy old, bad. I should have ordered cod but thinking this is where the fresh is. I was wrong. I asked for chowder but she said if I didn't like their salmon probably wouldn't like the chowder.. so I didn't get to even try. She said they served salmon today and everyone loved it. Well I absolutely didn't love it. Should have ordered the cod. To top off a bad meal even the garnish cucumbers and celery) tasted like they had been sitting next to the old fish. Very disappointing .. still hungry

Consistent food, great service and nice views. Would like to see some NA beer options like Athletic, but otherwise excellent selection of drinks. Great spot for all kinds of groups. EDIT: They do have Athletic, just didn't see it on the beverage list. Ask you server. ;

We had a fantastic experience at The Highliner Public House! The oyster shots and clam chowder were delicious appetizers for our group. For our entrees, we enjoyed the calamari steak sandwich, grilled salmon sandwich, fish and chips, and fish taco. The food was top-notch and the service was outstanding, despite our server being injured. The view of the docks and fall foliage added to the charm of our lunch. Overall, The Highliner Public House is a must-visit for a delightful dining experience.

The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Good variety of seafood and beer.
