Bidra med feedbackAdditionally, the manager at the drive-thru window, whose name I think might be Carmen, was equally friendly and apologized when I mentioned Yair's notes about my order. No restaurant is perfect, and I don't expect them to be, but the way they handle customer service and rectify issues is commendable. Having worked as a restaurant manager in Bellevue for years before finding my passion for driving, I understand the importance of treating customers with respect and addressing mistakes. That's why I confidently give this place five stars. Thank you to the Jack in the Box crew and the hardworking cooks in the back—I may not see or talk to them, but they are the backbone of this establishment!
We ordered two spicy chicken sandwich meals. The chicken was crispy, and the spice level was on the milder side. They encouraged us to add cheese (which doesn't come with the sandwich) and the two large slices of tomato made it quite messy to eat in the car. The fries were hot and crispy. The soda was decent, but it could use some adjustments in carbonation. Overall, for just $10 per meal, it's not bad drive-thru food.
Update: The ice cream machine has been working for a while now, and we haven't encountered any homeless individuals asking for help during our visits. However, this location still feels quite average—nothing particularly noteworthy about it.
It took like 20 minutes to get through line at midnight on the Sunday. Otherwise, all else was good.
The food is alright I guess The straw that they use for shake is too thick to be able to drink Their chili burger taste weird But they got amazing French fries I also feel that their tacos lack in flavor Whereas they probably have one of the best eggs rolls I ever tried .
