Bidra med feedbackWhere do I start? I was basically robbed for $50 by the drive-through staff (according to the receipt, her name was Valerie, I don't know who her older accomplice was, other than they were the only two properly involved in this crime. I worked at this JITB back in 2005. They've always had a problem with getting orders correctly, so that's why I worked there to pick up extra hours. It seems that truly hasn't changed since then, so no surprises that after repeating the order multiple times (with a bit a snide attitude from the drive-through thrown in for good measure, it was still incorrect. Would've been semi-acceptable to leave that alone, but then I noticed the shakes were small and incorrect (Valerie also took this opportunity to lie to me about the shake machine. Then I noticed the fries were also small and not curly fries like we ordered. They basically did the bare minimum and tried to stiff us with food we didn't order for $50. Needless to say, we went back to correct the order, handed them back the food, and basically got the finger. The lady immediately threatened to call the police and refused to refund my $50 and slammed the drive-through door in my face.
Employees at this restaurant are breaking the law and compromising food safety by not wearing proper masks during Covid. I saw a woman with no mask cough directly on food. The woman taking drive through orders had a mask, but it was pulled down below her nose, which makes it pretty useless. It meant she was breathing on my credit card, drink, and sauce. They needed a few minutes to prepare my order so I pulled around and parked but the woman who brought the food out had no mask at all and I saw her cough right into the bag. I asked about it and she said she didn't need one because she didn't work in the kitchen (and then she walked away from me while I was talking to her). That is not how Covid or food safety work and it is currently illegal in the middle of a pandemic. If one of these people came down with Covid they would be much more likely to spread it to dozens of patrons if not hundreds because of this carelessness. I wasn't going to eat coughed on food in the middle of a pandemic with cases spiking but they wouldn't give me a refund. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. I have never written a negative Yelp review before this. Masks are uncomfortable. When I see people on the street without them I steer clear, but I try to think maybe they have asthma or something and can't wear a mask. However, this feels different to me. These workers have our lives in their hands and they could get so many people sick. Drive to a different Jack in the Box. There are several within a few miles. It isn't worth your health.
The service is okay. Food was fine. We were given sauce that smelled funky!! The bathroom was truly disgusting! Don't use the bathroom. It isn't worth it. As you can see in the photo.. terrible! Also the bathroom stall handle was broken, and I couldn't even open it. Never coming back here again!
I don't know why, but I have a drunken obsession with the tacos. Those fuckers are aces when I've had enough vodka. Was able to break my habit in April 2017 when I ate them sober for lunch one day, but I started eating them again in August 2018 when I moved to Seattle and was living in a hotel for my first month here and the 125th/Aurora location was oh so convenient. It's actually been at least three weeks since I've had those babies, so a trip there tonight might be in order. Watch out for the old man drive-thru manager; he's a mean fucker.
Pita bread had mould, glad I got my refund but I'm worried about people who order here and eat the food. The presentation of the food very horrible. Literally ruined my appetite and the sight of it made me nauseous at work. Solemn green, not kidding!! Wishing I'd give 0 stars
