Service, fun atmosphere and menu, ok food, reasonable prices. I wouldn't come if you were trying to eat healthy or have food restrictions. I understand that things are slow with a lack of work. But the restaurant was not busy, there were several employees just hanging around without sense of urgency, and almost all parts of the service were slow and lacked the customer service element. It is almost as if there was no awareness of who they served because they did not care to be attentive or to follow up. I understand I have a casual atmosphere. But they took too far to offer almost no hospitality. The service was also unpleasant. We almost went before they picked up our order because it took so long to get to our table, although I left the menus on the edge to show that we are ready. When we wanted to pay, we didn't give the bill, just told us what we owed and received the machine right in front of the server. I would like to have seen the punctual invoice and it felt uncomfortable to leave a low tip right in front of the server.

Beautiful burgers with a large share. The Kobe Beef Patty is quite tasteful, but a bit dry, I don't like the truffle Mayo?s taste much, but maybe would try the mustard sauce next time. The part of the vegetables are quite large. The cucumber, onion and mushrooms are the highlights of the Burger. The note as a page is also pretty good. A recommended place for a quick bite for lunch!

We were welcome and sat outside, as the weather was good. The service was reasonably attentive, but a mistake was made on the beverage order, and drinks took a long time to get to the staff problems. It seemed only 1 person in front of the house at any time. Good options on the menu, but unfortunately the execution was quite disappointing, had much better burgers elsewhere and the burgers were really pretty salty. According to other reviews, this place is on the decline.

Nice place, the staff was great. Food was delicious and drinks were great. Good selection of food. I'm back.

I had given it 5 star reviews earlier, but the place has really degraded now. Lot of waiting to get served. there was just one person taking orders for all the table. I feel bad for them, but we had to wait an hour to get one burger and fries. And they got us the wrong fries. Also the food quality has changed from 5 months back, or rather 10 days back. The garlic fries which I used to love are not the same. The look, the quality and taste have degraded. This place is understaffed.
