Szechuan Noodle Bowl - Seattle

It's always the little understated, hole-in-the-wall, almost hidden spots that have the best food. The food was delicious and the prices were reasonable. We wanted dumplings and noodles and saw the 4.5 star reviews. Szechuan Noodle Bowl did not disappoint. We even watched our server hand making dumplings as we ate.

If you know, you know. This small, unassuming restaurant is THE place to go for homemade dumplings and fresh Dan Dan noodles. I ate here for years before moving out of the city, and recently came back for lunch. Still as delicious and friendly as ever.

Unbelievable food!! Fantastic prices! Everything is fresh and made to order, everything came out the perfect temp, complementary tea for the table, and everything came out quickly! The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming even though we got there about 20 minutes from close. I can't wait to go back and eat till I can't anymore:
