Burger King - Sebastopol

I was surprised to find out that it closed at 7:00 PM on a Saturday. The burger I ordered was burnt, and the cheese wasn’t melted. Additionally, the mozzarella sticks were disappointing; they seemed either overcooked or had been sitting under the heat lamp for most of the day. It's unfortunate that, as the only drive-through of the two in the area, the quality of the food has declined.

The Burger King in Sebastopol has been closed for the past several days. Unfortunately, this location has been below average for quite some time, and the situation has only deteriorated since Covid. The owners are operating with a limited staff, and it might be best to consider passing the business on to someone else who can revitalize it.

I visited yesterday for a quick snack and had to wait a bit in the drive-thru. That wasn't an issue, as the music was good. However, the staff member I encountered seemed overwhelmed and a bit impatient—though I understand the pressures they face. I was on my way to Windsor Airport and planned to come back for breakfast, but unfortunately, they don't open until 10:30. Who really has breakfast that late? Isn't that more like brunch?

I really enjoy their food, drinks, and desserts. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that customers are well taken care of.
