Used the delivery service. Order via webshop with paypal payment. So good. The range is not consistently regional, but well. The empties procedure is very cumbersome (bar refund for delivery and collection). Presence is therefore necessary. Even more annoying if the delivery day is not reliably adhered to what was the case. Order cancellation is ignored despite supplier failure. No refund despite refusal and recovery. Finished the business relationship.

We had given up a larger order that was confirmed to us in advance. We were canceled 2 days before the start of the event.
