Starbucks - Sedona

We always hope that Jamie is on duty when we visit. The customer service is amazing, the attitude is fantastic, and Jamie's personality truly elevates the experience. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to recognize exceptional employees like Jamie.

The coffee here is absolutely delicious, and just stepping inside and inhaling the aroma of the fresh brew is therapeutic! I also picked up a cute travel cup for my trip to Arizona.

The baristas seemed a bit uncertain when I asked for ice water in my own cup, which I assume is a result of adjusting to post-pandemic norms. The drinks were served in what appeared to be a random order, with one taking a full seven minutes longer than the others. There was a slight sense of chaos; it was hard to tell who was in charge or if anyone was overseeing the situation.
