Bidra med feedbackWhere is this place? I tried to find it but never could. It’s like the Brigadoon of wineries!
We purchased wine for under $30 a bottle and really enjoyed the ambiance and the discussion about the growth of wines in Arizona. It would be nice to have some bread, crackers, or breadsticks available for tasting. Perhaps you could partner with a local bakery to provide some bread samples and sell their treats as part of a collaborative initiative. I recommend considering places like Oh My Goose or even Whisker Barkery for dog treats. It really is a lovely venue!
In the end, it all worked out for the best. We decided to go to Art of Wine instead, where we had an AMAZING experience and left with two perfect bottles.
My fiance and I were in Sedona for a few days and decided to sample some Arizona wines and buy a bottle. First the tasting is $10 each and you don't get to keep your glass! Secondly, your given 3 or 4 wines to try without being told much about the wine itself or the price. After asking how much each bottle was, we found that the cheapest bottle was for $40. We didn't mind the price too much because we understood how much harder it is to grow grapes in AZ. So after all said and done, our total for the bottle and 2 tastings came to $64.00! Later that week, my bf and I made a quick run to Sedona's liquor store. We found the EXACT same bottle for $27.95!! NOTE TO SELF: From now on, always check out a town's liquor store first for prices on local wines. Guaranteed to be way cheaper.! Stay clear from Wild West Co all :
Me and my boyfriend were in Sedona last week and were lured into this store by the wine tasting sign on the chalkboard. For 10 dollars we got to try about 6 different wines including two tasty champagnes. The woman in the store knew a lot about the wines she offered us and was low pressure to buy. Even so I still left with a 30 dollar bottle of Champagne. It was worth it. Check it out. Cute store almost 100% Arizona wines. Located in Talaquepaque Village.
