Bidra med feedbackThe manager, Terry, was disappointing. My order was incorrect, and when I requested a refund, it took 11 minutes to get it back. While the staff who helped me were friendly and accommodating, the carelessness and lack of concern from manager Terry is quite embarrassing.
I ordered a breakfast box along with a few other items, but they forgot the hash browns. My husband parked the car and went inside, expecting to simply collect the missing item. However, he was told to go to the drive-thru since there were no cars in line. This was confusing, but we complied. Once we made our way around, we had to wait behind two other vehicles for the hash browns that should have been in our order. When we finally reached the window, I asked for the name of the employee, and she responded, “You don’t need to know my name.” After handing us the hash browns, she quickly retreated to the back. I will be contacting corporate about this experience on Monday.
I eat here frequently, but the night staff doesn’t seem to care. I ordered the grilled cheese burrito combo, which is supposed to come with a chalupa and a taco. They didn't pay attention to my modifications, and I didn't receive the chalupa at all. The taco was broken, and all the fillings spilled out. It’s just really frustrating.
I ordered on the computer kiosks and waited about 10 minutes then I learned that no one was preparing my food because the person who prepares inside orders was on break and they were extremely short staffed. I kindly requested a refund and understand theshortage but didn?t have the time to wait for someone to get off break to start making my order.
The usual fast-food Mexican eats. I ordered a Grilled Cheese Burrito Box. Also inside was a Chalupa, and a Doritos Locos Taco, and some chips and cheese sauce. Everything was to order, hot, and quick. Staff was very pleasant. Grounds were wellkept.
