Bidra med feedbackWhen the food finally arrived—over 30 minutes after we ordered—it was a mixed bag. For our party of four, some dishes were ice cold while others were piping hot. The chicken was incredibly dry; however, after sending it back, I received a much juicier piece that was twice the size. The baby back ribs were disappointing—$19 for just four small, dry ribs. My wife ordered brisket, which was quite good, but her mac and cheese came with cold, shredded cheese that wasn't melted. This suggests a very disorganized kitchen with poor quality control. To make matters worse, the menu has expanded so much that it's clear they are trying to offer too many items. Instead of mastering a few dishes, they seem to be spreading themselves too thin. I don't come to a BBQ joint for egg rolls and pho. As for the service, it was just okay. I'd like to give the server a pass since she was juggling a lot, but that shouldn't excuse a lack of friendliness or regular check-ins with guests. I genuinely want to see local businesses thrive, but unless some changes are made, I doubt this place will last long.
I have been visiting this restaurant for over 30 years. We decided to have dinner there, curious about the recent changes. However, we found only three tables occupied, and the customers all appeared quite unhappy. To make matters worse, we could hear the kitchen staff arguing loudly among themselves. After waiting for 15 minutes without any service, we chose to leave—not alone, as at least four other customers who hadn’t received their food followed us out. It's disappointing to see how the new owner has altered the menu, removing the all-you-can-eat specials, and in just a few weeks, it seems to have gone downhill. If this situation continues, it's hard to see how they can stay in business for long.
Unfortunately, the restaurant has new owners and has changed its name and menu. The brisket and ribs I ordered were incredibly disappointing. I can't understand how it's possible to serve food that is so bland, dry, and lacking in flavor.
Pay attention people IT'S NOT hungry harry's any more
My wife and I live in St. Petersburg FL and we drive to Seffner to eat all you can eat ribs and chicken at Hungry Harry’s apparently now it’s called H&H barbecue. We traveled over there today to eat and the waitress informed us that they no longer have all you can eat Chicken/Ribs because a new owner took it over and changed it all up. Ribs were absolutely terrible. They should have never been brought out to the floor. They were dried out overcooked and disgusting. The chicken was and sausage was decent and sides were ok, but the brisket had a lot of fat. The waitress told us that she tried to get the new owner to keep the all you can eat on the menu, but he refuses to do that and she said that they have lost quite a few customers over this and they just lost us. We will not be back. Maybe the New owner needs to listen to his staff and his customers before he loses his business.
