Dakota was a super contractor....very patient who worked with me to order pizza last night.

I ordered the new Shaq-a-Roni for the family and mind you I?ve had some issues with this store previously. Order arrives it?s door dash delivering so I?m like ok whatever, then I get the pizza and cheese sticks inside and my order is completely cold the pizza looks like an extreme grease pit. I call the store to talk to the manager ?Mindy? and she has no customer service skills at all, I Start to explain the situation and she instantly before I can get a full sentence out says ok we need the old cold pizza and we will prepare you a new one and it?ll be another 45 minutes or more. Also, she says oh we will give you a credit on your next order I then tell her I have a credit from the last screw up and she says oh well you?ll have 2 then. I ask if she can push it in anyway to make it faster and she says oh we can?t do that. This store needs to be reworked from the shift manager down because they lack any support skills and are rude.
