Bidra med feedbackI have visited some sketchy neighborhoods before, but this KFC location is by far the worst. When I arrived, it was quiet, but it took an hour for my food to be ready. The staff were rude, especially the elderly lady with glasses - she needs to be either removed or retrained. They forgot to include cookies, a krushem, and BBQ bites in my order. When we got home, we found that the chips were cold and undercooked. Considering I spent over £50, I could have gotten a much better meal at Nando's for the same price. I highly recommend avoiding this place.
I went to the restaurant on Wednesday night around 7pm. I decided to use the drive-through since it wasn't very crowded. I waited in line for a long time, but when I got to the speaker, no one responded for a while. Eventually, I drove up to the server's window to place my order in person. Unfortunately, the staff were unfriendly and did not open the window. I ended up leaving and went to a nearby fast food restaurant (1 minute away) where I was quickly served.
We decided to order at the till instead, but we were ignored for quite some time by the only male staff member present. When we finally placed our order, his screen froze before we could pay, causing a delay as it had to be rebooted. This resulted in a queue forming behind us. When we finally received our food and drinks, we were disappointed to find that the chips were overly seasoned and quite spicy, making them unsuitable for small children due to the high salt content. Overall, I will not be returning to this restaurant anytime soon. The staff definitely need better training in customer service, and the fries are seasoned too heavily. There are other similar restaurants nearby that prioritize customer satisfaction.
Went through the drive thru, got the order completely wrong and at least half missing including a child’s meal. Was charged correctly so we know order was understood. Will not be coming back!
Appalling attitude of the server, so much so we won’t ever be back. Staff of this calibre damage the brand. Where is the customer service? We stopped in the car to speak our order into the drive thru speaker. Waited but no one asked for our order. As there was no queue we drove to the window to order and were met by an offensive tall middle aged male server who couldn’t take our order and said we had to go around to the reception/speaker again. His attitude was rude and offensive. We drove off not prepared to spend our money here. Customer service appalling, attitude appalling, senior management of KFC need to know this and do something about it. We visited at 22:30 on Saturday 20 January 2024 you know who you are.
