Marine Lake Cafe - Sefton

The singer was far too loud, ended up having to move away from the Cafe. I don't know how people cope that live nearby. Coffee was ok.

What a wonderful little gem this place is. Live music, happy staff, plenty of seating, food and drink. We didn’t eat here, but what we could see of the food looked delicious and the portion sizes were good. This place overlooks the lake, pier, is next to some arcades, kiddies rides and ice cream/candy floss and sweet stalls and is a very short walk into town and the Pleasureland fair. The live music was fantastic, we could have easily jay sat there all day and watch the world go by.

Terrible place , owners are vile , very expensive , £3.20 for a coke , dont waste your time or money

Popped in today, to have a drink and sit outside. We ordered a pint and a coke (no hot drinks served after 1pm , cost £6.30. Sat outside for an hour listening to the free live music (which is always really good! Sun was shining, everyone has a few drinks, music is great and some even get up to dance. It's touristy, it's a little more expensive, but you have a great time! Definitely worth a visit!

Had a really enjoyable sunny afternoon. Group of 3 of us my partner and our friend. It's in a great location with good views on the side of the lake. Live music from 12pm. Great atmosphere and fun lots of people dancing and enjoying themselves. Dog friendly and great for families and kids. They also serve food . Staff really friendly and happy. Will definitely visit again .
