Caffe Nero - Selby

Not the best Caffè Nero that I have been to, and certainly the two young girls who served me are poor ambassadors to the brand. Concerning that I asked for oat milk, only to see they were making my drink with cows milk. Lucky I don’t have a severe allergy! I certainly wouldn’t trust these two to make me a drink in future.

Stood in a queue to get served ,only trainee serving,2 trained baristas at the side not interested in customers, walked out after 5mins of not being served.Will not be using this cafe nero again

Staff were disorganised and disinterested. When handing out drinks, they were just chatting to each other and couldn't even tell me what each drink was. Drinks were watery and one was lukewarm. Lots of seats available.

We arrived at 17:56 (this one doesn 't close until 19:30) and ordered a drink each and one of the caramel shortbreads on display at which point we were told they weren 't for sale because they are for tomorrow which really isn 't what I expected. If food is on display an hour and a half before closing I expect to be able to buy it, secondly they 're leaving cake out all night to be consumed the following day, surely it should be put out on the morning of the day you sell it. On top of that the toilets are unavailable.. just really not good enough for a busy Saturday afternoon.

Best tasting coffee of all big name coffee shops in my opinion
