Bidra med feedbackAbsolutely shocking experience ordering through uber eats from this restaurant on a few occasions now, where food is missing or we've received someone else's order. It seems to be a consistent problem. No issues when ordering in store direct. Avoid ordering through uber. Their customer service is dreadful and their contact centre staff simply don't care.
Terrible quality of food,hard bun lack of fries and a sliver of cheese on the filet o fish,no quality control at al,by far the worst McDonald’s in Yorkshire,management need to get a grip,
Not the first time my orders been wrong but the first time they've not sent most of the drinks because the milk shake machine was broken. 5 meals ordered and only 1 drink between them. Absolute joke. If it said when ordering that the milkshake machine isn't working and to order something else it would of been useful. Most other takeaway places would call and offer a subsistute item in place of the item unavailable. Half portions of cold sweaty fries too. Will not be ordering from this dive again.
Ordering the food via drive thru and the girl did not seem to respond quickly or type our order correctly on the system. Then being told to park up and wait for about 10 15 minutes. After that, the old lady came to our car and deliver the order. She is very kind and polite as well.
The worst organised McDonalds I’ve ever experienced. There’s been several times there’s been items missing from my order. They need to implement some sort of order accuracy checking system in this place to make sure all items on the order are bagged before giving it to the customer. Very poor service.
