Good food, clean and cost-effective. I like it very much.

I've missed having churros! I've been to this place quite a few times in its early years, so I recognize that my review might be a bit biased, perhaps leaning towards the negative. That said, I have enjoyed many meals here, and it does have its delicious moments. The burrito loco is quite good, and I noticed a random supplement was added long after I last visited.

Great place. I love Mexican food and this is one of my favorite places. Prices are slightly high, but understandable. They skip Guac who stinks and the guy in the register is cold. I was there about 20 times and he doesn't recognize it or recognizes it, never smiles and I think it hurts the business, that is a shame bc the food is very good.

The salsa bar at Blue Tortilla is intriguing, though a bit chaotic. The restaurant may not have the best ambiance, but the Mexican cuisine is quite good. They offer a small salsa bar, which unfortunately is a bit too exposed to people handling it freely. You'll receive small plastic cups for your salsa, but expect more salsa on your clothes than on your food. While the food is tasty, the overall presentation could definitely be enhanced.

I'm Mexican! This is definitely one of the best representations of my country's cuisine! I can close my eyes and feel like I'm back home while enjoying this food! The Burrito GAMBA is the first thing you should try! - Jose
