I went last week with friends for the first time in this restaurant. We booked for 7:00. the dishes we ordered arrive around 9pm or 2am after. In addition, friends are served around 9:30 p.m. once everyone has finished the meal. When we ask for a discount on the evening, we have in return a little commercial gesture (a bottle of wine offered.) we have expressed our dissatisfaction following this trip.At our departure, the restorer apologizes for this waiting. However, the attitude of a waitress and a server is unacceptable. the first, makes the notice to the responsible person that he does not need to apologize for the waiting, the second threat verbally to one of my friends of him" break the figure" if he sees it again. I used to go to restaurants with friends but I've never been in such a situation. Of course, this is the last time I put my feet in this restaurant that despite a rather correct meal has a lack of professionalism, especially on the part of the two servers...
A restaurant that doesn't recognize its twists (2 hours of waiting and fat and cold meat) and a waiter who doesn't know how to keep his calm (he threatened my friend to "nic his m*re"). I've been there for a long time, and I'll never put my feet and the other 13 people present with me again. Message for the restaurant: if you are not very "customer relations" and merchants, do not open a restaurant. grow up a little.
Arrived at 7pm (with reservation) served from 9pm. the last to be served was when the first had finished eating. The meat was cold. with such a service one expects a gesture of the boss (from a bottle to 16€ on a note to 240€), but not that one of us gets insulted and threatened by the server.
I went there one or the other time at the opening a few times ago. I returned this noon: verdict: always as well for this type of restoration called "turque"! The lounge is spacious, the terrace is welcoming, the staff as well. The dishes arrive very quickly and it's very tasteful: the hull is creamy, the little bugs in cold inputs are juicy, the sauces are lifted just what it takes, the vegetarian dish is very copious and the brochettes are delicious. The dessert ice cream is superb because coming from an alpes glacier artisan (price-menthe to fall, vanilla with the cream of isigny very vanilla, lemon-basil very fresh .)the charming young girl who makes the service is present from the opening and it is reassuring. count about 25 euros per person (entrance to -(10 euros, dishes to 10-15 euros, dessert to 5-6 euros) here is a house that breathes youth, franchise and know-how!
