Baskin-robbins - Selma

We went through the drive through at 9:29pm and they said they were closed even though they close at 10

Baskin Robbins in Selma: The prices on the ice cream menu haven't been updated and I could have been paying more than I should as they didn't have any ink in the receipt machine. I also used a Baskin Robbins coupon. How do I know they aren't tipping themselves?

I'd give zero stars if I could. Ordered 2 scoops, was given one and like a tablespoon size scoop of the other. When I asked about it they were rude and argued that it was more than 2 scoops. Such a rip off. We'll never go again. Better value to just buy a carton from a store.

Ordered a birthday cake, never received a call telling me that they couldn't provide what I ordered, like i was told I would. Picked up the cake, paid for it and looked at it (should have looked before I paid), was nothing like what I asked for. When I told the cashier, she told another worker who told me they called me but I didn't answer. I said I was at work, can't always answer. Did they leave a message? She said no, their phone doesn't allow them to leave messages. I asked if she knew how silly that sounded and I was met with nothing but attitude. Left with the plainest, cake that had pink decorative frosting, when I asked for blue (my daughter hates pink) . Never again. Horrible service. Horrible cake. So disappointing for my daughters birthday cake. P.s. I had no missed calls. Edited to say it was delicious. But the service and appearance still make it a one star.

Rude service. They get mad at you when the order at the drive thru is not correct. This used to be my favorite place but the last few times it's been bad service. I definitely would avoid going here for now on.
