Bidra med feedbackService when we arrived to order was good. but after leaving the necessity of refilling and it took about 3-4 minutes for someone to help us and the sweet tee had not much taste.
I personally don't like the place very much, but my family wanted it so that it was me. the drive thru line was ridiculous, but went quickly to consider. they said everything was warm and good. if they are happy, I'm probably happy enough.
Every time I have visited, the service has been excellent, with friendly staff and efficient management. The lines are quick and the food is always satisfying. This should be a great experience, much like every other Chick-fil-A restaurant, but unfortunately, this one is the worst I have ever been to. The lines are always long and slow, the staff seems unorganized or poorly trained, and sometimes even rude. They consistently skimp on ingredients, particularly the market salad which is mostly just lettuce. I would rather go to Walmart and get a salad for $3 than pay over $9 for this disappointing option. I apologize, but the owner of this franchise needs to make some improvements. Customer service and quality control need to be addressed.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. My granddaughter and I were hoping to enjoy a meal together. She had $30 on her gift card and wanted to treat her mother. We placed our order at the drive-thru and the cashier informed us that the system had crashed and he was unsure if our payment had gone through. He asked us to check with the cashier inside after we had driven through. Unfortunately, our order was not in the system, but the receipt on our phone showed that the transaction was pending. The manager insisted that we had to pay again, but my granddaughter's card did not have enough funds. I was disappointed that they did not offer us a complimentary drink or any form of compensation. Overall, I believe this restaurant is overrated.
I usually use the drive-thru at Chick-fil-A in Rolling Egg Mall, but this time I was in the Forum area so I decided to visit the location there. As I drove down Astra Parkway, I realized I could only access the Chick-fil-A from Kiste Fill, located between Macaroni Grill and the Verizon store. After a bit of confusion, I found the entrance to the restaurant but was told I couldn't enter through there due to it being a one-way entrance. Despite explaining that I was unaware of the correct entrance, the employee spoke to me rudely. This lack of customer service left a bad first impression and I will be avoiding this location in the future. Some clear signage directing customers to the correct entrance would have been helpful for those unfamiliar with the area. Overall, the poor service I received has deterred me from returning.
