Holiday Inn Selma-swancourt, An Ihg

I checked out on Saturday, June 25, 2022, and left my HomePod mini speaker behind. When I called the hotel, they said they hadn’t found anything, but I’m certain I left it right next to the television by the lamp. Because of this experience, I can't recommend this location. Theft is a huge deal breaker for me when it comes to hotels.

I’m really disappointed to find out that the housekeepers don’t return lost items. I checked out of my room on Sunday morning and didn’t realize I had left my gold ring, which has my name on it, until today. When I called the reception, they informed me that nothing had been returned. I didn’t mention it, but it’s a valuable ring, and I suspect it could be turned into money or melted down. I just wanted to know if it had been turned in, especially since I cleaned out all my bags and found nothing. Please remember to keep an eye on your belongings, as it seems the housekeepers don’t return personal items.

Great Day, clean rooms. Nice, quiet, private and a cool escape from the heat outside. Bed perfect combo of soft and firm. Make you wanna turn up the heat inside ? brown chicken brown cow. Hahaha It was a nice place to stay would definitely stay here again.

The two room suite with in-room jacuzzi is our favorite! So spacious and comfortable when traveling with a family. I don't think we'll stay anywhere else when in the area again! Very friendly and accommodating staff. Lovely surroundings with a pond where the kids can feed swans!

Clean, modern rooms in a building with a very peculiar exterior design. super friendly staff and good wlan. a free upgrade to the suite was beautiful and appreciated, but not safe about the facility in the living room. beautiful bar/restaurant next door. quite alive.
