I've been a member for quite some time, and I really appreciate the warm hospitality of the owners. They've provided me with a lot of helpful tips on healthy eating and weight loss. Their shakes, teas, smoothies, and now protein bowls are always fantastic. The atmosphere is wonderful, especially if you enjoy live music—it really sets the perfect vibe!

This place is neither health food nor a real restaurant. Everything is loaded with sugary treats and high fructose corn syrup. There’s nothing nutritious or substantial to eat here.

I absolutely love this place! They offer everything from pre-workout drinks to recovery drinks and protein shakes, plus a lot more! The customer service is excellent, with fast and friendly service. I visit nearly every day before and after my gym sessions. It's not only healthy but also conveniently located near my home in Kenly, NC.
