We came to dinner in this "restaurant" around 9:45-22h on Friday night. Unfortunately we had a very bad experience. 1. Installed at the table, we are offered the drinks card via QR code. what we accept/understand in the health context but we realize that this is redirecting to a site where we can place our order ourselves. We still decide to try even if the waitress offered us to take our order as they are used to doing. 2. At the service of the dishes, there were several sauces and we had to get up to find a waitress. Despite this no passage from the waitress to know if everything was okay or if we missed nothing 3. Accompaniment not if at will that because we were left with meat and we could not order any other accompaniment. the kitchen had already closed and the accompaniments thrown into the trash. Having worked in the restaurant, I understand that we close the kitchen before but before that, nothing costs to make a room pass to inform the customers and allow them the possibility to order one last time (I specify that we were 4 guests in the room). In short we had to eat meat alone! 4. We explain our dissatisfaction to the waitress and what it holds “is that we finished our plate so everything was fine.” In fact she didn’t understand... We are accustomed to this chain of restoration but we see that service and quality are no longer on the rdv. Unfortunately, this greatly undermines customer loyalty. It is better to train servers better than to set up a website to place our order. We don’t feel like ordering at the terminals at the entrance of the McDonald’s and other fast food...
