Burger King - Semécourt

Ok, I love burger king and will go out my way to eat there, even if these arcs are close! coming from nyc, I have lived in Europe for the last 10 years, I jumped with joy, as burger king quick replaced!. I thought I was for a real tasty bite when I went to the burger king in thionville, I really enjoyed my experiences in Luxembourg and throughout Germany, but I was for a real surprise. the stage to put: it was almost the midday hour, and there were a few people waiting in the line to be 3 exact, with 2 registern open. the preorder pick-up area had 6 people who are not to do anything than waiting for order. I was angry, I was hungry too! I thought I could overlook this misery! When I started eating, I immediately noticed the total lack of taste in the patty and the endurance of the brotes, all in all, a terrible experience! but the fries were hot! I am surprised to read all the positive reviews, but if they don't compare anything, they would think this was good! if they were to eat only another Burger King in the surrounding countries, they would notice the big difference. themes customer service; this was by far the worst the experience I had ever had, the manager was really not interested! Americans do not do everything right, but we could teach the administration in this business a lot about the treatment with customers and what customer service really means.
