Bidra med feedbackThe service was awful. We dined in and they didn't even provide any plates. The soda fountain was broken, so we ended up having to drink water. They also mentioned that they no longer offer green beans, which is my favorite side dish. I won't be returning here.
I went through the drive-thru and paid the cashier, but I didn't realize she was handing me my change. She accidentally dropped my $5 out of the window and told me that I had to drive forward to pick it up off the ground. The customer service was terrible and she was very rude.
We ordered our food and got home the gravy was turned over so we lost about half of it and we ordered a 8 piece box of chicken and got four and they also screwed up something else and charged us about 40+dollars for it and just think these fast foodplaces want 15.00 dollar's an hour just pitiful
I encountered several issues during my visit. Three staff members were inattentive to orders, which was frustrating. I placed a mobile order that was supposed to be ready by 4:24, but when I arrived at 4:31, my order was still not prepared. They didn’t even recognize that it was a mobile order displayed on the screen. When I finally received my order, the fries were cold, stale, and only half-filled in the box. To top it off, I didn't leave until 4:57 because they prioritized fixing someone else's order that wasn’t even in front of mine.
The staff at this restaurant was incredibly friendly and professional. My order was prepared swiftly and was completely accurate. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean this location is. I've traveled extensively across the country and visited KFC in nearly every state, but this was the cleanest dining area I've ever encountered. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining the restaurant, and I hope the owner feels the same way about their employees.
