The employees acted like they had no idea what they were doing..... the manager had to do everything for every employee we ordered chicken tenders half spicy half normal after waiting 30 minutes for our food we realized we didn't get any spicy tenders. My husband took the food to the front and informed them and the employee took our box of chicken back and said he would check if there were spicy tenders in the box. The manager yelled at him not to touch our food and just give us a box with spicy tenders. It's never a dull moment at popeyes....

The past 2 times out of 3 they were out of chicken. Out of chicken......

There seemed to be mass confusion. There were 4 or 5 people working there and it seemed like the busier they got the slower they worked. There was an elderly woman working the front and she had a great attitude and was very nice. That was my first and only time ordering there. I had an app order and I was supposed to pick it up in the drive thru but I ended up going inside. The food was good though, I gave 5 stars for that. Service: Take out
