Teddy's Diner - Sendai

Best burger I’ve had in Japan. Owner is very kind and a professional at what he does. Had the special with onion rings and fries and it did not disappoint. Everything was delicious. 10/10 would go again and highly recommend! Definitely worth the wait to have it freshly prepared!

Great hamburgers! The chef/boss who runs the place is also friendly and gives good suggestions. (Try his wasabi burger for something different! The burger patties are generous and tasty! The restaurant itself only sits a few tables but is fairly cosy and styled as an American diner.

The owner speaks English and He makes some good burgers. The chicken and avocado is particularly good but be brave and try something on the specials board for a real adventure. It also happens to be one of the only places you can get real, good quality, bacon in all of Sendai.

An authentic American burger connection in Sendai. The taste is from the world: beef is thick and juicy, vegetables fresh, fried potatoes are crispy. I like the pickles. Pricewise it is worth the experience. Fair warning, as the owner does everything himself, it takes time to complete your order. If you want to hurry, you could think about it.

Traveled from Tokyo. The owner does everything by himself so it takes forever to get your burger. I’ve never met such an enthusiastic man to make customers order what they don’t really want. Buns are cold, the room is also freezing, but I don’t want to believe Sendai is an unwelcoming city, like this restaurant.
