Five Guys - Seneca

Eating was good, but I didn't get what I had ordered. assumed there was a longer than usual waiting for the orders to be ready, but if they were short personal, that will happen.

I finally tried the restaurant and found the Cajun fries to be delicious. The prices were a bit high, but the food was still good.

This restaurant always serves delicious burgers. I remember telling my son when he was younger that if he didn't have burger juice on his face, he didn't truly enjoy it. I think the peanut oil used to fry the fries gives them a much better flavor.

I arrived at the restaurant on a slow Sunday evening around 6 PM for dine-in service. Unfortunately, I deducted a star due to cleanliness issues. I am a fan of Five Guys as they are consistently fast and their fries are delicious. However, it is a sit-down restaurant and it is essential to keep the tables clean. Despite the restaurant only being about 20% full, many of the empty tables were dirty in a way that looked like they had just been used by messy toddlers. I had to clean our table myself by grabbing napkins from the counter and water from the dispenser. Throughout my meal, I didn't see any attempts by the staff to clean or check the cleanliness of the dining area. The food was tasty, but the prices are comparable to a full-service restaurant. If cleanliness issues persist, people may decide to stop coming altogether. I paid $25 plus tip for 2 Little Cheeseburgers, 2 medium drinks, and a regular fry.

We'tr cutting down on the carbs and sugar in our diet and LOVED that Five Guys has a lettuce wrap option a burger in a bowl option. Everything was delicious just as expected from these Guys! Customer Service was great too!
