Heavenly Hogs Bbq - Seneca

I ordered the BBQ chicken... When I opened my to go container it looked like they had put a half of a store bought rotisserie chicken in there. There was no smoke taste or aroma. I wonder if they thought I ordered baked chicken because that definitely wasn't barbecued in any way, shape or form. The potato salad was good, baked beans so so. The mustard bbq sauce was excellent!

We ordered brisket and back ribs, and I can confidently say this is the best barbecue I’ve ever had. While I haven't tried many different barbecue places, I believe this one would still rank among the top. The prices are very reasonable, and the person I encountered at the counter while picking up my order was incredibly kind and genuine.

I'd give it 3.5 if I could. The service was great and the meat portions were good. I got takeout and the little Styrofoam containers they used for the sides made the portions on the smallish side. The BBQ sandwich was good not great. The ribs weren't smoked enough for me but the were very tender. The green beans were so very bland, the mac and cheese was ok. The fried okra was good and the sweet potato casserole was the best of the sides by far. I feel like if I'd dined in my experience would have been better and I will try them again but for one of their meat and 2 specials and dine in.

I always order the chicken livers when I go, and they are incredible! My boyfriend absolutely loves their cheeseburgers and onion rings. He devoured them so quickly that I couldn't even get a picture. Lol! I highly recommend this place!

Once you're inside, make sure to take a seat instead of waiting by the register; the waitstaff will come to take your order. Even during the busy lunch rush, my meal arrived in just a few minutes, and wow, was it delicious! The portions were enormous and bursting with flavor. It was so good that this place will definitely be my go-to stop whenever I’m in the mood for some BBQ on a cruise ride.
