Don’t get me wrong, I love Sonic. The food is great! But THIS Sonic? DEFINITELY the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant before. And I have gone multiple times. The service is very slow, and when I asked for marinara sauce with my mozzarella sticks, they gave me KETCHUP. KETCHUP!! The workers seem very depressed and like this is the last place the want to be. Also, I found a very suspicious object in my Blast. I thought it was a rock or something, but the flat side of it had a very man-made looking pattern, like it was a chunk of flooring or something. Also, when the girl came out with my friend’s food, something blowed off the tray. And of course I was like about to go get it, but she said, “It’s fine.” THIS is how ocean creatures die!! Littering is NOT OKAY. EVER! It’s safe to say that I will NOT be coming back!
Horrible experience.Abusive staff.I asked for a refund after waiting more than a half hour because I had somewhere to be.When I asked for the receipt showing the refund a guy claiming to be a manger yelled through the intercom and about my, “god damned,” refund.Then a kid apologizing profusely came out and gave me my receipt.What a horrible experience.
3 or 4 tiny onion rings is an order barely size of ping pong ball. Sloppy disgusting sticky drink cup dripping over side. Dry old stale chicken. Poor
The food is okay but the service time is where it needs improvement. I was sitting in drive through for 10 minutes waiting for the car in front of us to order. I then decided to order online and go to a stall. Even after all that it took them 15 mins to bring us or drinks.
