I was given a Bak panettone.... The traditional fragrances of the panettone are completely missing... the sweet, the vanilla, the agronomy... odor of bread! The aftertaste that remains in the mouth is that of the mother yeast! That's not right! !
Brioches really good, is the possibility to customize it is something different! Great vegan options.. for all tastes!
Location located in Santa Valeria area for those who know serene, a few steps from the center. Hard parking but with a little luck it is located. The place is small but reserves various covers, exceptional cakes made with brioche base... customizable with various choices of fruit, creams and assorted granella. The price is around € 7/8 per person. Possibility to pay also with Satispay
