Restoran Ah Lek/kin Fai - Seremban

One of the famous fish head mihun in Sikamat, the other one is just nearby also, across the road. Come here if you wish to enjoy more variety of food that also taste good. In this restaurant, they don't mix the noodle in the fish head soup, also they use catfish (better texture), 1 star less just because the soup base is too salty if not mixed together with the mihun.

Good place to bring tourist. The food has strong seasoning and rich. Salted egg yolk sotong was heavily battered. Veg was not fresh enough. Fish in milky broth was a bit pricy RM90. Locals with refined taste will find that the flavours are not great. Overall service is good and prompt. Dishes come out quick. The places is small so reservation on weekends recommended. Parking is not regulated. Ok if you want to try for once.

Food quality remains unchanged. very tasty cheap. the owner chef himself came by to recommend the dishes and was very friendly. visit again.
