Rifugio Gallo Cedrone - Sesto

You reach the rifugio from the top of the lifts (closest point to Mount Elmo). The staff is very efficient and nice, We got spatzle, giulasch and a wonderful not filtered Forst beer.

This place is simply magnificent. It's quite different from other mountain resort and restaurant run by CAI (Club Alpino Italiano). Service is very attentive, careful and friendly. Quality of their offer is very high, but first of all the breathtaking views are absolutely great. Hope to return soon.

Really enjoyed the mulled wine and the pasta dish "penne del pastore ' served on a pan! Really worth stopping hear as it is a nice cosy place and the toilets are really clean and tidy!
