We visited many times to people watch and enjoy inexpensive libations while the locals cheer for their favorite team or wait for the lottery numbers to be called. We loved every second of it. A real neon type of night. Maybe not for the younger crowd who are looking to party but definitely if you want to see the locals. They have coffee and food too fyi. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
