Very good pastry during my stay in Sète I came several times to take pastries and chocolate croissants that are excellent. The waitress is a little unpleasant.
I came back for a good part of tartin tartin and took a speciality in almonds (a roll of dough with almonds and almond paste) of the oven: excellent! Thank you for this wonderful taste!
Valérie and Laurent SORO are essential personalities of Sète. In addition to being of extreme kindness, they are excellent in their profession. They just prepared a room for 140 people that was aesthetically sublime and of rare quality.
