Bidra med feedbackGood vegan food and beautiful atmosphere. It is very cozy and I like the ambience. The staff is also friendly.
Samatime is a restaurant in a traditional wooden house, and everything comes in special seto dishes of the region. Her lunch menu was the Buddaschale ¥1500, which had ~15 different items that were each very delicious. It also came with miso soup. It was full. My sister and her husband, who generally eat animal products, were also satisfied with the food: I was very happy to see Animal Rights Center Japan flyer on the display and on the tables with the menu. They were vegan in June 2019. Updated by previous review on 2020-07-27
Samatime is a restaurant housed in a traditional wooden building that serves dishes in special seto dishes native to the region. I ordered the Buddha bowl from their lunch menu, which included a variety of delicious items for 1500 yen. The meal also came with a miso soup, which was very satisfying. Even my sister and her husband, who usually eat animal products, enjoyed their meal. I was pleased to see flyers from the Animal Rights Center Japan on display and on the tables with the menu. The restaurant converted to a fully vegan menu in June 2019. (Updated review as of July 27, 2020)
The table fee is 1000 yen, but it is definitely worth it. All of the dishes were delicious. Parking near the restaurant is 100 yen per hour. Just be aware that if you don't like cats, it may not be the best choice as there is a friendly cat at the restaurant.
I tried the buddha bowl and it was incredibly tasty! The plate was filled with a variety of delicious foods, each one more amazing than the last. The owner is very friendly. This review was recently updated on July 2, 2021.
