Bidra med feedbackPlaced a pick-up order and while it was ready at a certain time, the food was a joke. The children's cheese quesadilla was inedible because it was melted into the tinfoil. The children's meal also lacked the pages I chose and drank. To complete it, my chips and Queso were missing. If you like to cook dinner after you have paid for food for pickup, this is the place for you!
If I could leave no stars I would! I used to frequent this location often, but have not been there in a couple of years. Tonight's experience was horrible! Stale chips, out of sour cream, no cheese when I asked for it, my daughter ordered chicken and got steak, and to top it off, I got the surprise of finding the sticker from the outside of the avocado in my bowl! I also witnessed an employee pushing chicken that had fallen on the counter back into the container with his hand. Yes he had a glove on, but once that chicken was on the counter it should have been thrown out. I will not be going back to this Chipotle
This location was super busy due to the closing of the Mountain Road location. There were 20 to 30 Doordash and other services waiting for their customer's orders. The 20 minute wait was worth it. Always consistant. Service was good when we finally got up to the counter. Pollo Asado is awesome. Maybe next time, turn off mobile ordering until you're caught up.
This location is consistently disappointing and horribly managed. You never know what you will get. Stale chips? Probably. Bad service? More often than not. Sometimes you get a good product from this location, but most of the time the staff is unpleasant, the food isn't prepared properly and you wait much longer than you should at Chipotle. I wouldn't recommend going here unless management changes. Until then I'll just go somewhere else.
Chipotle is one of my go-to favourite?s and the food did not disappoint. Unfortunately every single table in the dining room was a mess. I told the counter person that seemed to be in the lead and she ignored my comment. Leaving the mess even after the customers were gone. I?ve owned restaurants, this is clearly a management issue and not a lack of employees. After getting off her lunch break, an employee went out and changed the garbage bags, only to leave the tables a mess! Including the table she had left messy, smh. Cleaning the tables for guests is a 90 second operation. You just have to care.
