Bidra med feedbackI brought the New York Sub home and the bread was so stale that we had to pick up the hard pieces. The two meatballs were fine. But you should all choose an option on your app. get the pickles with your subs. My children only said that their subs tasted like pimples.
They take too long to make a sub and when you get it, it's usually a sloppy mess drowning in sauces or condiments. They will also mess up your order(which I understand does happen)but don't expect much remorse on their end and definitely don't expect any extra compensation, just a new sloppy sandwich, even if you drove home and had to drive all the way back up, although you will get 2 friendly greetings. Priorities? Would not recommend this location
They take a long time to make subs but then when you finally get it it's usually a sloppy mess drowning in sauce or condiments. They also frequently mess up your order (which happens I understand that) but don't expect any real remorse on their end or to be compensated for the inconvenience, even if you drove home and had to drive all the way back so they could get it right. Could be good though if they put in some effort and actually cared about their customers. I would not recommend
False advertisement! I wish I could give ZERO STARS! I had nothing but bread and cheese on my sandwich with sprinkles of meat. It looked NOTHING like the sub advertised! I waited 20 minutes for that thing! They should be ashamed of themselves serving a meatless New York Steamer. Poor customer service too. I didn?t receive a proper greeting (hello, welcome, may I take your order). First time and last time at this location!??
I’d like to share my experience regarding a particular staff member at this restaurant. There’s a guy who is consistently rude, and it seems he acts that way in front of his employees. I witnessed him being disrespectful about a support issue he claimed did not exist, but it turned out they were actually helping my wife. Each time I visit, I notice he treats his employees poorly, and it’s quite disheartening. I live just two miles away, but I often choose to go to Annapolis instead. I enjoy the food, but the guy’s attitude is off-putting, and it feels like this happens every time I’m there. It’s not just me; at least eight other people I know have had similar experiences. Just mention the guy at the restaurant in the Severna Park area, and they will know exactly who you’re talking about.
