Tasteful Indulgence, Cake Art Of Seward

This was the worst customer service experience we have ever had. After searching and reviewing many bakers for our wedding cake, we chose Kitty from Tasteful Indulgence in Seward. We were enticed by their beautiful pictures and delicious-sounding aromas, especially the idea of a Rumchata wedding cake. Kitty seemed sweet and passionate about her work, which made us confident in our choice. However, communication with her was slow and sometimes required reminders. When it came time to choose cake flavors, Kitty insisted we pay $29 per dozen cupcakes to taste them. This was unacceptable to us as we only wanted to sample a few flavors before making our decision. Kitty's unprofessional attitude and unwillingness to accommodate us led us to seek a new baker. We are now five months away from our wedding and have to start from scratch. Brides, beware of Kitty and her poor customer service. Stay away!

Despite being initially impressed by her beautiful pictures and intriguing flavors, the customer service we received was the worst we have ever encountered. Kitty took a long time to respond to our emails and was unwilling to provide samples of the flavors we were interested in without us paying a significant amount of money upfront. Her unprofessional attitude and refusal to accommodate our requests ultimately led us to seek out a new baker for our wedding cake. We do not recommend using her services and advise other brides to steer clear to avoid similar disappointment.
