Large portions. Moderate price. Well prepared. BYO helps to keep the bill low. Awkwardly scant amount of customers would make a first date difficult) but a great local place for seafood.

We have been coming here for year. It's a byob. Food is always outstanding as well as the service. I get the shrimp scampi, always my favorite. My wife got the scallops primavera and that was excellent.

All of our dishes were excellent. The fish of the day was Mahi Mahi which as always was fresh and prepared perfectly. I have been going there for years and the food is always consistently good. At least once a month, sometimes more.

The Pelican is one of our favorite places to eat. The food is always good and creative except this time the squash risolte had no taste. The rest was very good. One fail after all the meals we had there is okay. We will come back. The waitress was excellent.
