Vat Barrel - Seymour

Wow!! That is what I have to say about this place. The staff is awesome and the food is amazing. We had the brisket cheese steak and the pesto marina flat bread. Both were awesome. We also had the pretzel with cheese sauce. All of it was awesome. Their old fashioned’s were delicious and well worth it. I had the one with their bourbon, batch 3, and it was delicious with a slight after bite, and my wife had the one with their regular burning. Both great. Will come back for sure!!!

Seymour Indiana has a really nice restaurant called Vat Barrel. All Indiana brews, bourbons, and wines. Had a delicious Pork Chop paired with grilled carrots and potatoes. diamondintherough eatlocal drinklocal smalltown

Great steak, only offered occasionally. Had to ask for a refill of water. Would like to see more menu items on non steak days.

Amazing food and service. The ambiance is classy and cozy. A destination for a great dining experience!

Found by accident, will be back intentionally, again and again. If you’re around Louisville, Cincinnati, or Indianapolis make sure you take a little time and stop in here. All Indiana libations and the fried green tomatoes are probably best ever.
