Wendy's - Seymour

I waited in line for 30 minutes with a hungry toddler only to find out that only cash was being accepted. This is not the only issue I?ve had at this location. The fast food takes way too long and you have to wait by the door because it is not ready when you get to the drive thu. Also, I?ve gotten home with my excited child to have his kids meal and the kids toy was missing toy. Overall, it looks like management needs to get in alignment with the fast food business. I was able to get Macdonald?s in less than 3 minutes, great benchmark.

I?ve been there a few time because sometimes I need something quick and I love a good chicken sandwich! One visit I was told to wait in front of the building for my salad.... when I received my salad I opened it to examine.... it looked like pile of left over materials to make sandwiches. You bet I marched my little but I there and talked to the manager... I told her it was for me but there would be no way I?d feed this to anyone in my family. Unacceptable. Last week I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich..... the lettuce was soggy, brown and slimy!!!!!! Nope no thanks! Only thing I can count on was my frosty! Prob because it?s premixed and no one has to assemble that

This was the 1st time visiting this Wendy's. Customers service was extremely pleasant and all my food was actually correct in my bag. Yay, I've had issue's at numerous other Wendy's. What I like about Wendy's is they have a great menu and it's not expensive. All of our sandwiches were cooked very well and all I can say is we enjoyed it and I would definitely return again in the future.

I work down the road from this Wendy's, and will pop in once or twice a week for breakfast. I've never had a problem here before until today, when I was given what appears to be a rotten egg on my breakfast baconator. This first couple bites were fine, but I quickly realized something was wrong. I don't know how an employee can miss something this blatant, but it was gross and should never have happened.

Absolutely the worst set up of any franchise. Drove thru line around building and the no help kiosks stink
