A bad mcdonalds didn't think that was possible. No salt on chips or in bag. Asked for books with haply meals and none given. Coke zero not marked when ordered with regular coke could easily be for a diabetic. A poor mcdonalds where food didn't even taste as good as other mcdonalds

Call in after a match with hungry children. Firstly the lads went to wash hands, the toilets were filthy. Loads of staff around and the toliets in a terrible state. Ordered the food, they got order wrong, food arrived cold. The tables and chairs and floor all dirty, and the children computers very greasy and just dirty. I am both shocked and annoyed but also sad that the standards in our local McDs is so bad. Simple changes could improve things. If front of house is ghis bad i wonder whst the kitchen is like.

I have visited MC Donald's restaurant with my daughter We placed order for a kid's meal with fish fingers and two cheese burgers for take away. What a surprise at home. No kids meal no cheese burgers We have got fish burger and chips instead. So fast food became long waiting experience. It was rectified as I went back to restaurant. However nobody even say sorry.

Either your double quaterpounders is a single, or your chicken wrap meal contains only drink, you can expect it all in this store. I have no idea how many times by now my friends, family or myself have experienced missing or wrong items at this establishment but it seems like every second or so visit there is something wrong.
