I ordered dark roast expected a pour over and with the wait in line 15 mins after my already 20 didn't think it would be an issue. Got to window like I said 15mins after order and they said they don't serve it after 10..yes I know thus the pour over. Nope I got cold pikes peak..yes cold. So waited total 40 mins for cold coffee. Not happy at all. The two other drinks where the same.
One of the worst Starbucks experiences I've ever had. The bathrooms were without toilet paper and soap. The cappuccino I got was only 3/4 full and the service was poor.
Wonderful staff. I've always loved Starbucks and I am born in California. Starbucks is like Amazon. Very neat and friendly people doing the most of their job! Thanks a lot for making me happy so early in the morning! I really appreciate you guys!
I genuinely love getting my coffee from Starbucks. I love the simplicity of ordering online and not having that crippling anxiety of trying to figure it out at the monitor when I arrive. I get one of the three same drinks every time because I don?t like getting something in fear of not liking it, and I generally will force myself to drink the small mistakes because they?re bearable and I understand it?s different baristas. But today one of my normals tasted solely like oat milk. I tried calling six times before arriving back at the store so I didn?t have to be ?that person? and they didn?t answer. So when I arrived I politely told them that my order didn?t taste right, like it was missing coffee. The girl at the window asked me if it was something I?ve got before (because I add extra stuff to it) and I said yes, she still tried making it seem like it was my mistake. That bothered me. You can see the visual difference between the two. I order the same thing every time. It?s in my favorites, I don?t even have to edit it.
They didn't fill the cup. As soon as I picked it up I could feel it was way lighter than it should be. Opening up the lid you can see how much is missing. I ordered a chestnut praline latte. The service was good at the front, but the drink was missing a lot.
