Chicken Palace - Shawville

We've tried many shawarma places, but this one is where we always return.

While we were in Ottawa, someone recommended SP as the top Mediterranean restaurant in the area. Since we were close to the University of Ottawa, we decided to stop by for a late lunch.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but the service from the staff is average.

We just moved to Shawville April 1st and have already been here a few times . The workers are really friendly, the food is always hot and so yummy, prices are good too. We will be comming here alot . If your in town give it a try :)

Best fries, chicken & gravy.. Chicken pieces are small chicken breast are large and sometimes on the dry side.. so I go for the drum sticks or thighs.. coleslaw is yummers cant go wrong with a 3 pc meal as a treat. Not wheelchair accessible so I always send somebody to pick up. its family run and business an hours are based on busy hours. I kinda wish they were open on Sunday for lunch pick up for people to grab take out for after church.. the restaurant had 4-5 tables in the front for a few people to have lunch.
