Bidra med feedbackAbsolutely amazing atmosphere, music and outdoor area. It's certainly an experience. Our waitress and the bartender were both very friendly and attentive. Also, the falafel was some of the best I've ever had. That being said, we had a reservation for 7pm and weren't seated until 7:20, and there weren't many other people dining. The rest of our dishes left a lot to be desired. The jerk chicken fried rice tasted nothing like jerk chicken, and the entire dish had little flavor. Definitely needed just a pinch of salt. The french fries are $9 and there were literally 15 fries on the plate, maybe half a potato, and with an unusual dipping sauce. 2 of those fries were basically skin pieces. Overall, I'd come back for the atmosphere, falafel and cocktails. The fried chicken sandwiches did look pretty amazing as I saw them carried past us, so maybe try that too if there is a next time.
Really good place in the desert, with climatic atmosphere, tasty food and nice service.
5's all across the board!! Catt gave me the BEST service. They had the best tunes playing and the views were to LIVE FOR! I got an espresso martini, the fried chicken sliders and the steak tostada, AMAZING. I would highly recommend this eatery for your next meal. They do not disappoint!!!!!
I have been wanting to try this place out for awhile since moving the the desert. And considering it's the summer I knew it would be easy to get in. We ordered the jerk chicken, burger and mushrooms, as well as two cocktails. All the portions are small and pricey so I was expecting the food to be pretty good. The jerk chicken was full of little bones, which is okay to a certain extent, and had no jerk flavors. The burger was the best part. And the mushrooms were rubbery and not worth the price. The drinks were okay but nothing the rave about. Our server was great. But the bartender doing shots behind the bar with other workers is tacky and not what you want to see when paying 28 dollars for a piece of chicken. This and the intense incense smell is the reason the stars are low on service and atmosphere. Seems like a hyped up place where LA people come and spend a lot of money and medicore food and drinks. Would love to see this place improve because the concept is great.
I went with a party of 6 and we had a great time. We ordered a lot of food. The DJ was perfect, food was great, and our waiter was also very nice. The food did take some time to come out and we were complimented on our patience. THE FOOD WAS WORTH THE WAIT! Our waiter truly was kind. After we paid, we went inside the restaurant to the bar to order shots before we left. Then we wanted to get something for the road. We were ordering with the bartender and suddenly a waitress (who we weren’t even talking to, with a brown bob and red or pink colored tips, she came from outside and randomly inserted herself) snapped at the person ordering saying “the kitchen is closed”. The entire room shifted. The kitchen being closed is fine, but there was no need for attitude we didn’t know. It was so rude, unnecessarily rude. Her energy was clearly displaced. It was uncomfortable. Our waiter, I don’t recall his name but GREAT GUY!
