The art of doing simple things simply is being gradually lost. Not here. Old school 70s-90s takeaway. Friendly staff. Oh and the food is excellent. Let's not talk about the prices though- still in the 1980s! Bravo!

My family has been ordering from here since I was a young child. Fair dues but it's just been taken over by somebody else within the family therefore they have different chefs cooking but the food is pretty much bang on. I am aware that the prices have increased but to be quite frank for the past 35 years the prices they were charging stuck when they could have been charging so much more previously. I've noticed some people have complained it's more expensive but technically it's just on par with the food that they serve. And to be fair raising the price for the first time in what could possibly be the first time in 38 years if not longer is a fair deal. I'm not even sure how the business was running for so long on the previous 1980s cheap prices. This is and probably will always be my Chinese of choice. The only thing I've just missed is crispy seaweed. Can you please get crispy seaweed.

Lovely food, good quality. Sweet sour chicken and salt pepper box are our favourites, best Chinese in this area
